STRICTLY NO CANCELLATIONS. Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed. If cancellation is unavoidable, a fee amounting to 70% of the total order must be paid on the same day. Failure to settle the fee will result in permanent blocking from our shop, and your details will be posted as a bogus buyer.
NO REFUNDS. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason once the transaction is completed. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before making a purchase.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY. We ensure proper handling and dispatch of all orders. However, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or loss caused by courier services. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
ORDER POLICY. Please double-check your order details, including size, color, and quantity. We are not liable for incorrect orders due to buyer error.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITY. By placing an order, buyers confirm that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. Non-compliance with these terms may result in being restricted or blocked from future transactions.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION. In case of disputes, we will communicate and work with buyers to reach a resolution. However, our decision will be final for matters within our control.
HOW TO ORDER?
1. Comment “MINE” on the selling post.
2. Wait for the seller to acknowledge the comment and say “Yours.”
3. Wait for the seller to send you a DM for the Order Confirmation.
4. Process the payment through GCash/Maya/bank transfer.
5. Send the Payment Confirmation to the seller.
After processing the payment, the seller will send the Tiktok checkout link that you'll be using to finalize the order.Payment on the TikTok checkout is for the Packaging Fee (PF) and Shipping Fee (SF) which can be paid upfront via card/e-wallets/tiktokpaylater or
Cash On Delivery (COD).
After processing the payment for the item, we will send you the shipping form for us to quote the Shipping Fee (SF).Once the Shipping Fee (SF) has been quoted and sent, you will need to process the payment and send the payment confirmation to us so we can start packing your order.Shipping is always the next day after successful payment confirmations.
